We offer worldwide shipping through "QazPost" postal service. You will receive the package at your local postoffice.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the items and will be provided during checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery usually takes between 7 and 18 days, although there may be occasional delays. This can be due to busy postal services or other unforeseen circumstances. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we have no control over these delays.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use your country's postal service website or third-party tracking services to monitor the status of your package. We do not monitor your package ourselves and do not provide notifications when the shipping status changes.
5. Taxes and Duties

6. Undelivered shipments
If for any reason, you do not collect the parcel and it is returned to us, we will be able to issue you with an additional invoice and resend it, or we will refund you for the order, minus the cost of returning the shipment.

We do not accept returns. We are not offering exchanges. If a product fails due to a manufacturer's error, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Contact us and we will help you get your gear returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange.
